Not working on Chrome and Firefox

  • I initially had issues and replaced the chat plugin with another one.
    I realised that the problem might be due to litespeed.
    I should have probably excluded the scripts from the optimisation.

    The chat did not appear on chrome and Firefox. Only on opera. I’m sorry I can’t reproduce the bug. The widget has been replaced with a new one.

    Thanks for sharing the link to your site. I’ve taken a look at the site and I can’t see the Chat plugin code installed anywhere. Can I ask you to go through the setup process again?

    I have the same problem. It doesn’t display in Chrome and Firefox (Latest versions), only in latest Opera and Edge versions.
