Not Working on cron

Hi, I’ve a problem with wp All Export pro with addons for Woocommerce:
If I launch the export with “run export” button and confirm on next page it works really good, but if I use the manual schedule (that I also use for different import process, with good results) it not works.
I put:curl -s “https://www.xxxxxxx.xx/wp-load.php?export_key=xxxxxxxx&export_id=4&action=trigger”
and
curl -s “https://www.xxxxxxx.xx/wp-load.php?export_key=xxxxxxxx&export_id=4&action=processing”on cpanel for trigger and process export, but does not work… I don’t know how to fix it… Any suggestion?
