    Hi Team,
I just installed this and I saw that it works perfectly on the default Posts. I then went through all your settings & enabled my custom post type wherever I could. However, it doesn’t work. The contnet on the frontend is not being linked to. I have no idea why though?

    Hi @shayno90

    Thanks for using TaxoPress.

What does “it” mean here? Is it the Auto Links feature?

Have you tried other post types such as Pages, or other taxonomies?

Oh sorry, yes. Auto links. It only works on the default post and pages. Not custom post types

    Thanks @shayno90

Can you be more specific there? Which custom post types have you tried?

I created a custom post type called “weddings” using Custom Post Type UI. I use ACF to populate some fields on the front end but even with standard content it doesn’t seem to work. I also use elementor, and while it works flawlessly in the posts, it doesn’t seem to detect the exact same content on this CPT.

I tried doing the usual troubleshooting – default theme, minimum plugins and so on to no avail.

    Hi @shayno90

I tested and was able to get the “Auto Links” feature working with Custom Post Type UI.

You may need to check your settings such as “Add links for unattached terms”. By default, TaxoPress will only add Auto Links for terms that are attached to the post.

Hmmm that’s really strange. I did explore settings trying different combinations of them. I’ll see what else I can do when I get the chance. Thanks for the prompt replies
