    Dear friends,

    First, congratulations for this plugin!!! It is really amazing!

    I tested it on Mac OS X, Android, iOS 9 and iOS 10.

    It worked fine on almost all operating systems and failed on on iOS 9 and iOS 10.

    Hello, I just tested our website and it works fine on iOS. @emilianoledo pls check again.

    I like the plug-in very much and it works fine on a Macbook with OS X and Chrome – but on my iPad and iPhone5s (both running with iOs8) I do not see the chatbot at all either in Safari nor in Google Chrome?

    Today I upgraded my iPad to iOS 9.3.5 – the newest version for this iPad – and now I can see the chatbot, but
    a) in portrait-mode the chatbot is in full-screen (although it should NOT be) and
    b) in landscape-mode the chatbot is visible, but only the title and the input-box – the messages in between are only visible if I I change to portrait-mode

    As I think that iOS 9.3.5 is used by a lot of people – could you please solve that problem?

    could you please tell me which Version of iOS you use and which WordPress-Version + which theme if possible?

    I’m using a child-theme of twentysixteen and the chatbot is working fine everywhere – but not on iOS9 (neither in Safari nor in Chrome).
