    Hi there capitanz!

    I strongly suspect your theme is the culprit here and when the viewport is reduced – such as with a typical mobile device – the layer in which you are using the shortcode is covered by another (transparent) element, or something of that order.

    If you switch to a default responsive theme, such as Twenty Fifteen does the same issue occur? If not, this would tend to reinforce the idea that the issue is one that relates to your theme.

    Perhaps repositioning things/playing with the layout would let you continue to use both without resorting to any code-level changes?
