Not working on iPhone only

We had this plugin running on the website for quite some time. Just recently we realized that the website would not load completely on iPhones, but was fine on tablets, android phones, and desktops. After testing and troubleshooting we discovered that this plugin was the cause of it. We like the plugin and hope that you guys would be able to iron out the issue?
