Not working properly on Samsung tablet and mobile

  • Looks great and works on PC, but will not work on my Samsung Galaxy Tab 7 nor Samsung Galaxy S4. On the former it is not visible at all when holding the tablet in portrait/upright, and on the mobile it only shows up partly and also obscures the logo in my theme (Ares). I realise this is a free plugin, but I wonder if it′s possible to help fix these issues, thanks.

    You know, there are thousands of devices. You can think about difficulties to test the plugin in all of them, especially in yours which I did not know you use it. You need all the devices, you need the time, for testing. That amount is too big for a free plugin. Giving the plugin a bad review instead of making an entry for support and a fix is underwhelming.

    Hi Martin, you′re right of course, and I apologise. I have changed my review and will put in a support request (as soon as my client wants to go ahead with his website).
