Not working on mobile devices

This plugin works great on everything except mobile devices. When I try to view or submit the form from any mobile device, the submit button doesn’t appear and I can’t figure out how to make it work.

Does this plugin have any mobile capabilities, or is it just not meant to work on mobile devices?
