    Few problems:
*It seems the popups are live (I see views are going up), but I can not see them. I have cleared my cache and what not. I saw them at some for but now I can not.

    *Completely doesn’t work on mobile

*I have two popups, one for Saturday, one for Sunday. For some reason it seems they are both getting views in the last hour.Is time dependent on our server (I thought it would be..) or the users server (meaning that some people it might be saturday, some sunday…so that would explain this phenomenon?).

Here is one of them: https://we.tl/t-zBhJOi4KBj

    Hi @tvanzo

Sorry to hear you are having this issue.

Can you verify the conditionals if you are trying to trigger it in the correct place on the site? I mean by accessing the correct page and Scheduled time.

I added the form to trigger on an URL and it worked as soon the defined time reached:

    https://monosnap.com/file/LpKjbxntLl2eSif6HKNwPWD0JT6zKF

It is your server time, but if the server is not defined incorrect timezone it would cause issues, in this case, I suggest using the custom timezone in Schedule settings.

Kindly try to test on an incognito mode too https://support.google.com/chrome/answer/7440301?co=GENIE.Platform%3DAndroid&hl=en

As your form is configured to not show in 90 days in case your browser already has the cookie it will prevent showing on mobile.

Let us know the result you got.
    Best Regards

    Thanks Patrick.

Yes, I have tried in incognito mode, it is not popping up at all.

I changed the time zone to custom so there could be no issues there.

I do not know how to resolve this.

To give an update, I still have no progress, but have tried everything I could think of.

I have created new popups, tried unpublishing an republishing, changed the trigger to every day of the week, added many different URLs (without the https//), made it so that when someone closes it or already opts in it still shows (to limit the cookie problems), tried in incognito, mobile, desktop, etc. It is so confusing, as now nothing will appear at all, when originally it was sometimes coming up (typically in the beginning).

    Hi @tvanzo,

Sorry to hear it’s still an ongoing issue. As stated by Patrick we aren’t able to notice any issue when we tested the shared popup in our system with Server Timezone.

Could we know did you try clearing the browser cache? To start with could you please check that a normal popup with time as trigger works fine?

If a normal popup works, then please check whether the popup you have mentioned works fine without any conditions or behaviours too.

That’s for example, I could notice there are visibility conditions added, please remove it fully and also remove the schedule to see how the popup behaves to have a better idea of what might be missing.

If all popups have the same issue and it isn’t specific to one popup then it could be a conflict. You can try running a conflict test if that’s the case.

Please check the following flowchart on how to run a conflict test:

I suppose this helps in moving forward. Please do let us know how that goes.

    Kind Regards,
