Not working on Mobile or Tablet

    The plugin works great on desktop but when I load the site on Tablet / Mobile it doesn’t work. It’s not an cookies setting as I have asked friends to test it out as well. Not loading on Tablet / Mobile for them either.

    Please help.

    I inspected the settings on your popup. They look in order. I just pulled your site url https://wqconstruction.com/ up on my mobile browser (iOS 7+, iPhone 5) and the popup rendered. I have 3G network connection, so the popup took more than 3 seconds to auto open, as you have it set.

    Is the problem resolved on your end?
