Look, guys, for the record, all this plugin does is take the javascript codes from this page and puts it in the header of your site using basic WordPress javascript enqueueing methods. This way you don’t need to hack your theme’s header.php
file to do it yourself. I am using the all league campaigns code because using a specific code for a specific campaign would only work once.
I do not write the javascript code for the IDL. I am not involved in their campaigns, when they are launched, etc. I just wrote the plugin so you don’t need to hack your theme and then lose your IDL code when there’s a theme update. I even added a link in the backend to test whether the javascript is installed correctly after I learned from the IDL team that you could add /?_idl_test=1
to the end of your URL to make sure the code is installed properly.
Therefore, if you have questions about what campaign is active, if a campaign is active, why your banner isn’t showing up (and you’ve already done the ?_idl_test=1), the best source for information would be the IDL team and the developer Google Group. The only thing that I can do is look at your site, see whether the plugin is present and whether the test displays a test banner or modal window.
I have already requested that there be a persistent banner option added to the javascript so you always have a campaign running on your site, but at this time, that is not the case. The campaigns typically only run one day and are generally announced on the mailing list before they are made active.
