I have checked this plugin with the Woocommerce 2.3.5 and woocomemrce 2.6.4 with WordPress 4.6 and it is working with these version. Please specify which WordPress version you are using so that I can fix the issue.

I use WP 4.6 and woocommerce 2.6.4, can it be a browser problem I have tested Chrome and Firefox and there it do not work. Nothing is happening when click on add note
