Not Working on Other Form

Hi,

Thanks for a good Contact Form 7 extension plugin, it help me a lot using Date and Date Time field but in some other cases the Date won’t work on other form? why is that?

Is anyone experiencing this problem? of course both form have exact same date shortcode.
