Not Working On Phones

    Hi, The plugin is not displaying on phones. I’ve cleared all cache and disabled popup blockers. I’ve asked other people to check it on their phones. I’ve using the code and I’m currently using the WordPress plugin. It works fine on desktop on Chrome and Firefox.

    Hope you can provide the answer.

    Hi @pricedigital,

    The FB Page that your Chat Plugin is connected to is geo-restricted. This means it is only available to users logged into Facebook who are in the allowed region(s) (I’m not able to see it, as I guess I’m not in the target region).

    There’s not any issue with mobile specifically. You’re probably experiencing that behaviour because you’re not logged in to Facebook on your mobile browser.

    If you’d like the Chat plugin to be available to all visitors (including those not logged in to Facebook), I would recommend removing the geo-restriction on your Page.

    Well, I tried everything but didn’t think of that as the cause. It makes sense. I removed the restrictions and it worked.
