Not working on Safari

Ios 14.3. I dont know how i see the version of safari in iphone. The app safari is updated.
Whatsapp is installed and running, if i test in chrome for ios it works ok, only happens in safari.

Solved. The problem was with the phone because, I don’t know why, it had been indicated that the renovarte website should open in the desktop version, so it did not recognize WhatsApp. Thanks for your patience!
