Hello,

I create a staging site by the plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

The staging site was created from the mutlsite with subdomain, but the staging site is on the domain pattern of subdirectory like https://oursite.com/1698308552969/

Please note that I already set for all of shipping methds, but it does not show up the estimated delivery time, so, I created a delivery time specifically for Canada.

But it still not work.

By the way, the cache was disabled on the staging site, and it is on public domain, not on local or dev site.

Hi alexliii,

It’s possible that your theme’s subtotal table is not using the standard WC structure. In this case the plugin would not be able to find where to display the delivery estimate.

Here is an example of the expected structure of the shipping table. https://snipboard.io/ilBIQz.jpg Can you let me know if the table on your staging site is similarly structured?

Yes, and I am sure what might be the reason, mostly I think there is something wrong with the Staging plugin at https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/wp-staging/

It does not work smoothly.

Please log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the WooCommerce section. Within the WooCommerce settings, you will find a “Status” tab. Inside this tab, scroll down to the “Logs” section. Click on “Logs” to view and download the log files. These logs may contain error messages and information about what’s causing the issue.

If you find any error messages that refer to?wse_functions.php?(the Ship Estimate plugin), please share them in a response. This will greatly assist in diagnosing the issue.

If you do not find any error messages that refer to?wse_functions.php, I recommend contacting the plugin author for the Staging plugin.
