Not working on WP 4.6.1?

  • I tried several things with excerpts, including suggested modifications to the functions.php file found online. And regarding the Advanced Excerpt plugin, no matter what I do, nothing seems to be working. My best guess is that 4.6.1 is interfering with the plugin. Any other ideas?

    It is working for me on 4.6.1. Maybe it is the theme you are using that is fouling things up.

    Try putting a check next to No Custom Excerpts. Also have checks next to both settings on Filter: the_excerpt() and the_content().

    That’s how I have it.
