    Now it’s showing up, but only while we are logged into Dashboard. External machines are not seeing it. We waited 15 minutes for the site to update also.

    Greetings and thanks for posting! Sorry you’ve had some trouble with that though, let’s get it sorted!

    I see there’s a 403 error in your page regarding the popup’s scripts. Could you please try selecting a different loading method in the settings page (PopUp > Settings), perhaps the Page Footer method?

    The error is with the admin-ajax script so I think that’ll sort it.

    Could you let us know how that works for you?

    Appears to be a conflict with iThemes Security Pro when the “Suspicious Query Strings – Filter Suspicious Query Strings in the URL” option is enabled.

    We have fixed this iThemes Security conflict issue in the recent plugin release as discussed in the following thread.

    Could you please make sure you are using latest version of WordPress PopUp plugin?
