Not working porperly

    Hi guys,

    Just installed this plugin and it seemed to work, but the amount at checkoud is not right. For example:
    * Product added to card 39,95
    * Shippingcosts 5,00
    ————————–
    * Total cart = 44,95
    * Apply giftcard value 75,00
    * Checkout takes the giftcard as -51,88 ??? (in stead of -44,95)
    * Balance cart is 0,00 BUT it says: “(includes 7,80 VAT)” which is not right, it should be 0,00 VAT.
    * Balance giftcard 23,15 ??? (in stead of 30,05)

    Any ideas what is happening here?

    I would also like to remove the fields ‘to, send to’ because I will use it for physical giftcards.
