    The zoom works alright with the default WooCommerce product gallery. The custom theme on your website seems to replace the default product gallery with an Owl Carousel. You can try switching the gallery to the default one.

    Another suggestion: when opening any technical support ticket it is useful to describe the issue. “Not working properly” or “isn’t displaying properly” is not very helpful. A description would indicate exactly what and in which way it is wrongly behaving and how would you want it or expect it to behave.
