Not Working Properly

  • Hi,

    This Plugin is very good, I like this plugin, but I think it is not working properly these days..!!
    my Website is having some issues with this plugin and I hope this forum will help me out..!!
    My website is unable to show any kind of menu in my mobile version, also it is not showing slider which is not good for my UI of my website…!!!
    Kindly help me..

    Hi Piyush,

    Sorry to hear about the trouble you’re having. It’s not the experience we want any user of WPtouch to have.

    Can you share the URL of the website in question? In the meantime, you may want to check if another one of the active plugins is conflicting by deactivating each one at a time in the Plugins page in WordPress. If you have a large number of active plugins, start with the ones you suspect may be causing the issue.
