Not Working Properly in Chrome

    The toggle doesn’t display properly on Chrome. The content area is visible *before* the toggle tab is clicked and the content also obscured by the page content below the accordion block. In Firefox it works just fine: the content area is not visible until the toggle tab’s text is clicked, and the content below the accordion is pushed further down the page.

    Also, the color and positioning of the tab text is not carried over to Chrome. In Firefox, the text is green and centered; in Chrome it is black and aligned to the left.

    Please make the plugin display consistently between these two browsers or let me know if I can fix this on my end somehow.

    Never mind, I have switched to the lightweight accordion plugin in the meantime as it does not have this cross-browser issue.

    I hope you are doing well. That’s very strange. I have just checked with Accordion Toggle but did not find any issue as you mentioned for multiple themes. I have tried with the NEVE theme too, but it’s working perfectly for me – https://d.pr/v/FCQnzz

    If you don’t mind, could you please share a sample page URL with our accordion toggle so I can check profoundly and get back to you? Please prevent plugin conflicts by deactivating them one by one and let me know how it goes.

    Hi @mahbubshovan,

    I watched your video. But it doesn’t show performance across browsers. Which browser were you using, Chrome or Firefox? Additionally, there is no other page content (such as an embedded YouTube video) on the page below the accordions block, so I’m not sure this is an accurate 1:1 test.

    In any case, I have already switched to a different plugin which didn’t have any of the cross-browser issues so I cannot provide you with a sample page unfortunately.

    Here I have shared the video for both Firefox and Chrome. Here did not find any issue, or I can’t reproduce the exact problem. Also, I will wait for your valued reply if you share a sample page with our widget where we can assist you.
    Still, we are trying to reproduce the same scenario.
