Not working right

I need to add a new image to my slider, so I went in to edit it, and it looks a bit funky (https://www.dropbox.com/s/qf35giyi3ufvw71/Screen%20Shot%202017-08-07%20at%2010.34.49%20AM.png?dl=0).

When I view the page where the slider is located, it looks just fine. So it appears the issue is just on the backend. There are giant icons where the images should be, and there is no way of adding/editing the caption.

I’ve tried deleting and re-installing the plugin, but that didn’t do anything.
