Not working, shows 404 everywhere

Unfortunately this plugin doesn’t work for me.
No matter which page or product I select, I will end up with a 404 and the link always looks like this: https://www.planetayurveda.nl/wp-admin/customize.php?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.planetayurveda.nl%2FMy pages and products are only accessible via the permalinks, shortlinks have been disabled, which I assume might be the culprit.
