Not Working, Spam Is Getting Through

Please, enable our plugin in your site, so we can test it for errors.

I just enabled it again. I moderate comments and I saw one come through earlier from Cleantalk with the word, Test. So comments are getting through but the biggest issue is the plugin doesn’t appear to be catching the spam.

Please, can you give me few (5-10) email addresses from spam comments? I’ll check them on our antispam database.

I’ve cleared out my spam file a few times this morning, but these were still in there. These are some of the ones that show up for approval instead of automatically going to the spam file:

[email protected]

Well, it seems, that bots could bypass our protection. We’ll search for solution, please, give us 1-2 days.

I’ve found, that some of emails was catched by our protection, but someone not. Maybe you’re using another contact or comment plugins on some pages of your site?
Also, maybe it’s conflict our plugin with Akismet. Try to disable it for 1 day and enable CleanTalk.
