• Hello,

My site is currently serving Turkish customers only, but due to the rapid changes in foreign currencies, I am using your plugin and set the prices in Euro.

I want visitors to display the prices in TL (Turkish Lira).

Before installing your plugin, the currency was set to Euro in Woocommerce settings and all prices were in Euros.

    This is the general tab

    This is the location tab

    This is Woocommerce settings page

This is the system status page
    https://prnt.sc/pf_mXOlnGyJw

Your plugin works only when I change the currency order, update currency and/or hit save button once coincidentally and it works only for once.

I tried the plugin in different sites (1 behind cloudflare, 1 not), whatever I did, I couldn’t manage to work it properly.

Can you please tell me what could have gone wrong.

    Thanks in advance

I’d also like to post a feature request.

There should be an option to disable geolocation feature and just use the conversion feature from one currency to another.

Reason Number 1- Export products are usually in USD worldwide. Especially in developing countries, the currencies change rapidly and we prefer setting the currency in USD in the backend, but display it in local currency at the frontend.

Reason Number 2- Geolocation may not work properly, especially behind services like CDN, Firewall, Cloudflare, etc.

I think we should be able to set things (conversion) manually.

I don’t care if that would be a premium feature or not.

    Hi,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

If you want to set price in default currency as EUR, and make them display on the frontend in TL, the settings are correct.

Your plugin works only when I change the currency order, update currency and/or hit save button once coincidentally and it works only for once

From what I can tell, you supposed the function is not working with cloudflare?
Please try the “Use cache plugin” option in the General settings tab. If the option does not help, please follow this instruction to test for conflict.

You can disable the Auto select currency function with “No” option: https://prnt.sc/yPeqovlCtyGY and enable manual conversion using a currency switcher tool. But I’m not sure what you want to achieve. Could you clarify?

    Thank you.
    Best regards.

I want to enter the prices in Euro on the backend and display in TL on the frontend by default (geolocation not needed/disabled). I don’t want to rely on geolocation and deal with cache, etc..

Unfortunately, this for now can’t be achieved without the Auto select currency function. This function works based on geolocation.

So I can only recommend keeping the settings in the Location settings tab like this: https://prnt.sc/ylVdtpf0B_uh
