    If you do not have the ability to support paid plugins! Why do you write in the plug-in advertising that will provide support for a year after purchase!

    I think you are misinformed, which is why we’d prefer to take a look by privately creating a ticket.
    If you have an active license, support will be provided.

    I merely asked that you open a pre-sales ticket so that we could investigate the issue surrounding your account.
