not working w/ Paypal buttons

When updating posts & pages that contain Paypal buttons, emObA seems to pull out some of the Paypal button code and obfuscate it – making hidden code visible and throwing off the page layout. However, the pieces that weren’t suppose to be obfuscated seemed to fix themselves hours later after a post/page update. I don’t know how long the time lapse lasts and didn’t want to chance it, so I’ve deactivated emObA.

I wonder, has anyone else run into this quirk/problem?
