Not working when cache plugin is activated

    I can’t connect website when using cache plugin like W3 total cache.
    Second problem is that some websites are automatically disconnected for no reason and cannot be reconnected again.

    Regarding the connection problem caused by the W3 total cache plugin, are you able to isolate a specific feature that is causing this behavior?

    Regarding the second problem, can you tell me what error message do you get when you try to reconnect the site?
