Not working when placed in footer.php

    Hi I’m using your plugin on some sites, and now I’m setting it up on a new one. This time I had to integrate the code by using the shortcode integration for php:
    if( function_exists( 'mc4wp_form' ) ) { mc4wp_form(); }

    The formfield + button appears and gets formatted perfectly but I can’t send the form. Once I click the button nothing happens. When I place the shortcode into a page or post it works… do you have any idea how this is possible?

    I left the faulty code in the footer for the moment, so you can check the code that gets implemented. Maybe you have an idea for the reason of that issue.

    Dear Danny, I will check this task as ?resolved? because I could adjust the issue. I’m not really sure what it was, but I generated the form again, made my CSS-Adjustments and tried it again. Fortunately it’s working now, yeeehaaa ??

    No worries, thank you for confirming. I did actually test this just to make sure yesterday but forgot to get back to your as I could not replicate the issue.
