not working when selecting "SCROLL DIRECTION: scroll up/down"

  • Hi

    Just installed your great plugin in a new website but it is not working in the sidebar widget when selecting “SCROLL DIRECTION: scroll up/down”.
    Works fine when selecting “right/left”
    I do not see any jquery error in chrome inspect element
    changed the theme from indie to Twenty Sixteen but not working.
    disabled all other plugins except this one but still not working.
