not working with 4.0 wordpress

I am having the same issue. When a new image is selected the preview box shows a broken image icon.

See my post for an emergency workaround on this.

The issue is in the Javascript.

In the file easy-author-image-uploader.js on line 16

Replace:
var image_url = $('img',html).attr('src');

With:
var image_url = $(html).attr('src');
