Not working with an extra Payment Gateway

    Hello there,

    I’ve been testing MooWoodle in the last 2 days. In the tests with the native payment gateways of WooCommerce, it works: when I press the button to complete the order, the user is created and enrolled at Moodle course.

    But then, the Gateway I need is not native to WooCommerce, it’s also a plugin. When the payment is finished using this gateway and I click the button to complete the order at WooCommerce, nothing happens at Moodle: no user created nor enrolled.

    Any idea of what is happening?

    It should work with all the payment gateways as the logic behind creating new users in Moodle and enrolling theme into courses remains the same.

    However, We cannot say anything until we check what is happening though. Give us some time and we’ll let you know what is the issue and it’s remedy.
