Not working with Bridge Theme

    Hi
    i have installed the plugin
    but when i put user and password
    and click “connect account” it doesn’t work
    so i can’t use the smartsupp chat.
    My site use Bridge Theme from themeforest.

    Can you help me?

    Hi,

    can you please describe in more detail what happens when you click “Connect”? Do you get some error message? If you don’t get any error message, can you send us screenshot of javascript console output? There should be some errors visible.

    Just google how to open javascript console in your browser. Once you open the console, try to connect in the plugin and send us screenshot of any errors that show up in the console.
