Not working with chrome and

The plugin does not work with the new version of chrome.
I have tested on a Nexus 7 with Android 4.2.2 and on a Samsung Galaxy S with CyanogenMod 10 (=4.2.1).
On both devices the plugin works with Dolphin Browser but not with the new version of chrome.
With chrome I get the submenus, but no action takes place when I touch on a Submenu item.https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/black-studio-touch-dropdown-menu/
