Not working with Cloudflare “Cache everything”

  • Hi,

    I have an issue with the plugin and Cloudflare “Cache everything” page rule. On chaced pages it is awlays shown the menu for non-logged users, even after the user is logged in. I have problem only with the cached pages. On other (non-cached) pages the roles are detected properly and every user see the correct menu. I use also woocommerce cart plugin to show added product items and I don’t have caching problem with that at all. So i believe it is possible to fix the issue with the nav roles menu plugin. Probably it is some Ajax function it has to be added.

    Hi Niki,

    It appears to be linked to the Cache Everything page rule. What you would want to do is create another Page Rule that excludes assets you don’t want cached and prioritize it above the Cache Everything Page Rule. Then you should be ok.

    If you are out of Page Rules on your account, we also just launched a new option to purchase additional Page Rules without having to upgrade to another plan level. You can find that under the Page Rules tab when logged in to your CloudFlare dashboard.
