Not working with DIVI builder by Elegant Themes

On the link specified I have the latest version of DIVI builder installed with the latest version of the plugin. When an item is clicked that is sold out (example: https://sandraleepottery.com/product/16-oz-river-rock-mug/ the sold badge shows however on the main gallery https://sandraleepottery.com/shop/ it does not.
I’ve contacted Elegant Themes who have advised I get in touch with you to troubleshoot the issue.
