Not working with double opt in

This plugin is so buggy and not working at all with the needs of double opt in.

If double opt in is activated on list level, even users who uncheck the “I want mail” box and shouldn`t receive any mails receive a double opt in mail straight after their woocommerce order. I tried another list without double optin settings and even there double opt in mails are send out. Please mailchimp – do your homework before publishing such useless plugins.
