Not working with Elementor PRO

Quick Featured Images supports the WordPress featured image. Because I do not have Elementor Pro I need more details what “the dynamic functions for Featured images” is. Could you please explain more detailed or provide an URL where I can see waht you need?!

I totally understand the reason for not using Quick Featured Images this time.
Nevertheless I did a research about the requested feature and could find on this page and here details about the handling of featured images in Elementor Pro.
Unfortunately I can not see any special feature about the featured image. Just the way how to use it in Elementor.
Even if you do not use Quick Featured Images, would it be possible for you to explain why Quick Featured Images did not work for you? Which function do you miss?
Your answer gives me the chance to improve Quick Featured Images for the future.
