    Hello Matthias, I have installed the plugin as in the video shown. I set the mode to explicit and direct analysis mode. When sending the contact mail there is no entry in the analysis window.
    No mail is stored in messages or SPAM
    I also use WPRocket and had deleted the cache before.
    What can I do?

    Hi Stephan!

    The direct analysis mode only works if you are logged in to WP during interaction. Are you?

    If not, you need to use just the ordinary ?analysis mode“ instead of the direct one. The message should than be stored in the analysis inbox, where you can sein the spam too.

    Hi Matthias,

    thanks for the quick response. I was loged in, tried it twice.
    Hier some version information:
    WP: 6.6.1
    Elementor Pro: 3.23.3?
    I’ve also Nija firewall for WP runnig, may this influence it?

    Did the sending work? Did you see anyJavaScript errors in you browser console(pressing f12 before sending) during sending?

    these are the messages:

    The yellow window with the check advice opened after pressing the send-button, but nothing is in the window

    The treason for your Problem ist the JavaScript error, as the direct analysis mode requires JavaScript. If JavaScript is crashing the mode doesn’t work. Does the error still occur during sending, if you deactivate the plugin?

    In order to test that, deactivate the plugin, get your rocket cache, reload the page with your form and send again. Check for the browser console again

    the error occur in the phonenumber field, without filling it the following error rises:

    kontakt/:1
    Uncaught (in promise) Error: A listener indicated an asynchronous response by returning true, but the message channel closed before a response was received

    After deactivating the direct analyse mode no error is shown

    Thank you. That seems to be a bug. As workaround deactivate the direct analysis mode and activate the ordinary analysis mode instead. With that you can configure via your analysis inbox. Don’t forget to switch off the analysis mode after configuration.
