• We can send email from our Gravity Form notifications (and your plugin Test) to normal email addresses but these are not working:
    1. [email protected] (which creates a ticket in Freshdesk). Email is received in email inbox but a ticket is not generated.
    2. [email protected] or [email protected] which generate an Asana ticket.

    We have done this setting “Allow less secure apps => On”
