Not working with Google Merchant Feed

    I have the pro version of this and in the most part it works very nicely to allow users to upload an image to customise their product.

    However, I have recently discovered a problem when trying to you use Google Merchant feed. Any customisable products do not pass the price field to Google. All 70 other (non-customisable) products from the same shop pass perfectly.

    Any ideas on how to get round this?

    I have to see what google marchant feed required to fetch prices, can you please work on this and provide more detail so we can see and fix this.

    I am happy to make any changes you suggest in order to test for you.

    If I view the feed (xml file) directly I can see the price field is missing for all the customisable products.

    Here is a link to the xml file (if it helps). As you can see the first 3 products (which are customizable) don’t have a price field, whereas the next 10 (non customizable) do.

    I tried to figure out but don’t see any different xml feed generated with and without our plugin enable.

    Maybe you’re using a different plugin to generate the merchant feed? Can I ask which one you use? If it’s retaining the prices on customizable products then I will switch to the same.

    I am using WP Product Feed Manager by the way.

    Is anyone out there successfully feeding Google Merchant with customizable products?

    If so what feed plugin are you using?

    Keen to get this resolved and hopefully help others once we get an answer.
