Hi, First of all , We want to thank you for your amazing plugin. Its working great.
We have a highly modified website with tons of plugins and customizations. The plugin is not working with Gravityform. I already have the “user template” checkbox checked in settings but it does not wrap the email template around any notification email from gravityform.
Can you please guide me how i can debug this.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hello @projoomexperts,

in highly customized systems, with lots of plugins, such issues are hardest to detect. I would require concrete error messages or access to the specific system in question to be able to help.

Please email us to support(at)codemiq.com, referring to this thread.

    Best regards

Dear Julian, Thanks for your response. I tried to var_dump($message); die(); inside private function prepare_email_for_delivery just to see if the wp_mail filter is working or not. and surprisingly the plugin started working back. I donot have any answer why it was not working before and how its now working properly.
Do you think the priority for wp_mail filter is good enough ? Anyway thanks for your reply. I really appreciate it.

    Hello @projoomexperts,

a simple var_dump shouldn’t havy any effect on the code, so I am really not sure what was happening. Have you changed your custom css? Or changed something within the filter?

    Is your issue resolved now?

    Best regards
    Julian

As you have not responded in a while, I suppose your issue is resolved. If this is not the case feel free to reopen this thread.

    Best regards
