This worked in the past, but seems to have stopped somewhere along the lines. We utilize a theme with infinite scroll. Although it seems that the shortcodes are processed as expected in the posts loaded on scroll, the HTML for the popup itself is not appended to the body. In short, the posts loaded with the initial page load have working popups but any posts loaded when scrolling do not have working popups. The popups are those linked in text within some posts, not the popups associated with the images in the posts. What would be the best course of action here? I’m thinking at loadToFooter needs to be called somehow when the loading on scroll occurs, but would appreciate other opinions.

    Hi @joebuonocore,

    Thank you for contacting us.
Can you please mention the popup and the text of it so that we can do some checkups?
I am asking this as there are several popups added on a page and they open the way they should.

    Hi @sygnoossupportteam,

Thank you for your response. I’m providing a video showing the popups that open vs the ones that don’t after scrolling loads more content.

    Hi @joebuonocore,

    Thank you for contacting us.
May I ask you to check all the ID’s in the shortcodes and compare them with the ones that you have added in the popups that don’t work in your video?

    Hi @sygnoossupportteam,

    Thank you for your response.

On the homepage for instance, there are only 4 popups loaded on the initial page load. Their IDs are 6822, 6832, 6780, 6781. When you scroll to the bottom, more content loads and so should additional popup content. Long story short, only those four popups work on the homepage, the rest do not.

If you go to another page for example, you’ll see popups of other IDs work just fine. So from what I can gather, this isn’t a problem with particular popups but more so that the content the links trigger doesn’t render when the page is scrolled and additional content is loaded to the page.

    Hi @joebuonocore,

    Thank you for contacting us.
Could you please set the Display Rules to Everywhere for those mentioned popups?

    Hi @sygnoossupportteam,

Unfortunately this didn’t work. I also tried the setting below that to open by default class and custom class without success.

Something I did find out, though, is that opening via URL still functions as expected. I don’t know if that makes you think of any other possible causes. Obviously any popup can open on initial load if called from the URL, I just don’t know why using the shortcode generated link doesn’t open the popup.

Thank you for continuing to work with me on this!

    Hi, @joebuonocore,

    Thank you for your reply.
We see that you have the popup with ID15 but we don’t see that the data is being loaded.
Let’s firstly try fixing the issue connected with this ID. Can you please try changing this ID and let us know?

    Hi @sygnoossupportteam,

Good idea to stick to one popup until we get it worked out.

I’ve updated the shortcode for that one to include 6784, which is the post ID of that popup. That’s what you wanted me to do, correct?

If it’s true that the post ID is the ID used to trigger the popup from the shortcode, I find it interesting that other popups not using the matching ID do still work, as long as they’re included in the initial page load.

This is pretty perplexing because when I change the display rule to everywhere as you mentioned previously, I do see it appended to the body, however it still doesn’t open when the trigger is clicked. Even when verifying the IDs are correct. I’ve left it with the modifications if you’d like to have a look.

I should have mentioned that I was not the one to setup the site, just tasked with getting this issue resolved so I could be wrong on the ID needed to trigger.

Thank you for continuing to look at this with me!

    Hi, @joebuonocore,

    Thank you for your reply.
You did a correct thing changing the ID.
However, we couldn’t see the popup added on the page of yours.
Can you please check it on your end?
