Not working with jetpack subscriptions

I have followed all info and it wont work with jetpack subscriptions I have installed a shortcode widget and deleted the (Leave email field empty if you want to use form from third party plugin)

I am using amr shortcode widget and everything is up to date.

Tried for a few hours looks like something hijacking jetpack subscriptions on form submit as just getting a # in homepage.
