Not working with Magic Post Thumbnail Plugin…

    Hello,

    Am using an RSS plugin to auto-post Google search trends RSS items as individual blog posts. And also using Magic Post Thumbnail plugin (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/magic-post-thumbnail/). The Magic Post Thumbnail fetched images are not being resized to the Imsanity featured image max size settings, as if Imsanity is being left out of the loop in the process of generating the posts.

    Any ideas how to resolve this so that images will be auto-resized before posting?

    Sorry, didn’t see this post until just now, somehow the email notice didn’t come through.

    Anyway, the MPT plugin needs to fire the wp_handle_upload filter so that Imsanity can automatically resize those images.

    Should have also mentioned, you can try out our other plugin, the EWWW Image Optimizer, which will allow you to compress and resize images in any folder on your site.
