    Hi Willem,

    Hope you managed to get it work by now but if not, feel free to shoot me an e-mail (find it at my website) with the output of the configuration extractor.

    Even simpler, use the MailChimp API. My first guess is that the list you’re using needs some required fields which are not being asked for.
