Have you disabled all plugins apart from MemberPress and Protected Video to verify a different plugin is not causing this?

Please see “The display of the player is broken/it doesn’t work” question in the FAQ: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/protected-video/

    Thanks for your reply @simbiosi.

I went to test this plugin with MemberPress, however it looks like a paid extension sadly.

Do you have a URL where I can test this?

I’ve also just released plugin version 1.8.3 with some dependency updates. Can you verify you are on the latest version of WordPress and both Protected Video and MemberPress plugins?

@simbiosi feel free to email me via my website if you have a private environment where I can test this.

@simbiosi I haven’t heard from you directly, but I’ve released a new version of the plugin 1.9.1 which may fix this issue.

Please can you test on that latest version of the plugin and see if it fixes your issue?

sorry for delay. i write to yourself an email, with all the infomation. Still not working.

Many thanks, this is now fixed.

The issue is caused by MemberPress Courses disabling all other plugin assets on their course pages, as explained here.

Newly released Protected Video plugin version 1.10.1 now includes special code for this case, that allows the Protected Video CSS to load on course pages. For the JS to load, the “WP Footer Hook” option must also be enabled, which is explained here.
