not working with more languages

Can you please advise what is to be changed in order to have this working with a translation plugin?

Tried with qtraslate and mainly with sublanguage (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/sublanguage/) but the blocks just get copied from one language to the other and if I change the text in one language, the changes are automatically mirrored in the other language as well, which is WRONG.
That’s annoying as this plugin is already automatically integrated and required by many themes, so if it does not work with multilanguage that’s a a major red flag ??
