Not working with my site

Hello,
Nice plugin (and also malchimp for Wp pro that I use ) but I have a problem with my site.
I use Impreza theme (https://us-themes.com/demo/?theme=ImprezaWP) and the box doesn’t appear ??
I cannot give you a link for my website as it’s under construction and I have coming soon page.
Could you please tell me why it’s not working ?
